Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Natalie brings a passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences to her role at the John Rutledge House Inn. A graduate in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Virginia Tech, Natalie built her foundation through hotel operations and leadership management with Marriott. Natalie is excited to now call Charleston home and be part of its historic charm. She especially enjoys walking the Battery at sunrise, exploring Charleston’s vibrant restaurant scene, and discovering the city’s hidden courtyards and waterfront views. She looks forward to helping guests experience the same charm and character that makes Charleston so special.

Jim has been working for Charming Inns for just over 8.5 years and has been in the hospitality industry on and off since he was 19 years old. Jim was born in Boston, MA and has lived in NY, FL, CA, Ireland, Spain, Italy, and San Juan PR. He moved to Charleston over 9 years ago. Jim loves working at John Rutledge House because of the history and the amazing staff and guests. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and camping with his dog—and when he can—art, photography, and massage therapy. He also loves to do anything in or around the water in Charleston. Jim considers himself an open book and enjoys sharing about his life with others.

Born on Maui and raised in Mount Pleasant near Charleston, Stevie grew up around the hospitality industry while her father served in management at The Charleston Place for more than 20 years. Outside of work, she enjoys connecting art collectors with artwork and sculpture through her role at Modern Masters Gallery. Stevie also leads haunted historical walking tours in Charleston and hosts the podcast Civil War and Ghost Stories.
